Sorry that your family (apparently) is not bright enough to realize that you are NOT being dramatic - that you are ASKING for help. It is very poor on their side to not offer that help.

If ANYONE (including a total stranger) asked me for help - I would probably help or at a minimum pause to see if it was legitimate..... How sad that FAMILY could do that to you.

It is not you who is a failure, it is your family failing you.
