I so get this, its like if you don't talk about it then you don't think about it and the more you put "out there" its hard to put back, is it like that? If so maybe you should pick one thing and talk it into submission and then move to the next? Like a list approach? For me I felt like I opened way to many cans of worms at once and it got real messy real fast.
