Felt crummy today. Spoke kindly though. (for me to moan and get the whole houses attention is usual) Feel grreat I didn't resort to the "Oh poor poor dying me trip one hundred precent." I channeled and ran though my list of significant helpful friends to give me support while I felt bad but I am grateful to the higher power for making me a little stronger with more gumpshin, not much gumpshin but I am looking back and saw a good thing while I was suffering and going though difficulties.
