I was on it for sleep after going through a major trauma in my life....it zonked me out....but it was at a time when I needed it because there was no way I could sleep or eat.....gave me a zoned out feeling the next day but at that time, I weighed only 93lbs & was on 600mg.

There are some side effects that need to be kept an eye on....I wasn't on it long term.....but it was be effective.....all meds have different reactions depending on the person's chemical make up......sometimes all you can do is give it a try & see what happens.......I'm not good at being a guinea pig......but if it helps sometimes it's worth giving it a try.
