Does it get easier to resist urges with time for those of you who have stopped for very long periods? I am at 4 weeks (28) days and the feelings are coming back strongly again.

I feel on edge like I might ruin my progress any moment. I just want to know if there's hope that with time the urges are less intense and easier to deal with. Maybe hearing from someone who's stopped for a long time will help me get through this, I don't want to give up but the thoughts are so overwhelming.
