I definitely know what it feels like to get behind like that but it is possible to recover. Try to relax if you can. Take comfort in yoga and the bible if that helps you when you feel overwhelmed.
As for the study load, can you sit down and try to prioritise what you need to do? Work out what you would need to do to get back on track with your study and assignments and then try to set up a calendar with it. For example, if you need to catch up with 10 readings for a test in 2 weeks try to break it up to do 1-2 a day over the next few weeks. It allows you to do the work without becoming as overwhelmed.
Also, are you able to talk to your teachers about extra credit for courses you are struggling with? If you can get back on track with your current work that can then help you to get the grades back later in the term.
It does involve work but it is possible to get back on track

Try to not be too hard on yourself. And maybe if you can try to limit the time on your laptop? Set goals about how much work you are going to do so that you still get things done but aren't overwhelmed (Eg. I will finish 2 readings and take summary notes and then take a 10 minute break on my computer). It takes a while but eventually it becomes habit and you may find that you can do more work before needing to take breaks.
Good luck
