I know it can be hard when you relapse but try to be gentle on yourself. Addictions are extremely hard to overcome and we all fall at times. Cutting, while also an addiction is a bit different. It is generally a way to manage stress and emotion. We can never remove those from our lives and so sometimes the urges are still there and we fall. But you can get back up again.

Do you remember some of the techniques that helped you stop last time? Things that helped to distract you or helped you manage the feelings that were leading you to cut? Is it possible to start using some of those again and see if they help?
