Do you remember some of the techniques that helped you stop last time? Things that helped to distract you or helped you manage the feelings that were leading you to cut? Is it possible to start using some of those again and see if they help?

Thinking of you
I think part of the problem is that right now I really DO NOT want to quit nor do I care about slot!!! I talked to my therapist yesterday and she made me make a contract with her until today when I see her. We'll I never had to do that before and have no idea what it means if I break that contract, which unfortunately I did last night!!!!!
