One mixed state later and I feel like I am licking the bottom of the ravine. Sleep is my new best friend and savior from my foggy myself. A mood log that looked so promising and flat-line now has peaks and valleys on it that I don't want to show my doctor. This can't cry kind of badness, so sad I can't move.
