I read your post. I'm so sorry things are looking so dark for you right now. But remember the depression tells lies about our selfworth and our place in the world. Ask your son to tone down the music for a while. Take care of yourself. If that means migraine medicine take. If if means laying down, lay down. And if you are really in danger of harming yourself go to the ER or call a crisis line NOW. Hope you are better soon. PM me if you need to.
