Or whatever it is that get's you through the night (you have to be a certain age to get that reference).
For me, it's a bath. I have some very self-indulgent bath goodies and on decent days, when I can actually be bothered to get out of bed, it's what I do.
I am always amused by those people that have not ever had depression but think that they know. The ones that say "go for a walk" or "cheer up" or "how about a hobby?". As if.
