Baths for me too. It's the being surrounded by warm water in a cosy space that does it for me. I rarely use bath oils etc. I also feel cold very often, and baths help. Bed helps too, comforting initially, but always worsening my depression.

A successful day would be to be able to get up in the morning reasonably early. to be at work and actually do some work, talk to people and not feel like I am about to break down. Those days are rare.

A semi-successful day is if I manage to go into work and not feel that it's been a completely wasted day, that I am a hopeless loser and should have stayed in bed.
