Can you do some grounding stuff like really feeling your body sitting or standing against something can you try and centre yourself by crunching on an icecube or drink some thing really hot and focus on these sensations rather than the unpleasant feelings then distract your thoughts by watching something funny or music. I hope you feel better soon i hate not feeling right . B
