Culture differences are not the easiest to deal with....as you still have the same emotions as everyone else......but culture can make a huge difference in how it is acceptable to be expressed.

It would probably be a good idea to find someone who can counsel you with respect to what is acceptable in your culture because if you got someone from the US online & they gave you advice that wasn't acceptable there....it could get you into worse trouble than just divorced with no rights.

I understand your reactions......it would be very difficult to NOT be able to express myself the way I am really feeling.....but I have also learned over the years that sometimes the diplomatic way of expressing my anger does come across in a much better way....but there were certain situations where my explosion of anger couldn't be avoided & I was the one that should have gotten the divorce (which is something that is ok here in the US).
