I have academic accommodations for exams. It helps.

My overactive senses in social situations would give me panic attacks and it would be very obvious which increased the amount of anxiety I was facing. I haven't had a panic attack in school this semester which is a huge step for me

My anti-anxiety medication is an SSRI called Cipralex. I have tried benzodiazepines without much success. The extreme somnolence and memory loss isn't acceptable.
I am glad your anxiety has improved.
My psychiatrist suspects I have a mild LD. I seem to have problems with reading and comprehension, but it may be due to my cognitive style and anxiety. Perhaps some of this is a lingering effect of the psychosis I had. I don't know what to think. This is something I need to look into. If I mention it to my psychiatrist I am scared she is going to tell me I leave school.
In the lecture hall I sit in the front row, so I don't have to smell people and watch them play on their laptops.

When I was younger, I thrived on a schedule. At the moment I have no schedule at home. I think a lot of this has to do with grossly underestimating the amount of time I need to get things done and procrastination. Sometimes I can be very lazy.
