I'm sorry to read that you're suffering so. Scott seemed to think giving the St. John's Wort a go was a good idea, so am wishing you good luck with that.

Can you elaborate for me what the hurdles were that made coming off of Effexor so difficult? What dose did you start at, how you titrated, the symptoms that came up, etc. I am making a decision right now whether or not to get off of Effexor and would appreciate your experience.
