I try to but I often fail. I think you are very courageous and strong, very strong to do so, I admire your ability. I think your T is doing something very good for you, I don't know if you have trust issues or a fear of abandonement, or perhaps nobodies come through for you, but maybe she is trying to prove to you that you can depend on some people or something.
