Or how you are feeling?
The way I view things I don't separate mood and 'me' but that leaves me with no idea what 'mood' I'm in. I'm good at describing things but apparently crappy isn't a feeling.

So when do you know when your just okay, or your mood is lightly depressed or heavily depressed? I ask this because I'm learning my feeling a bit off and thinking I may want to call it to T's is usually what other feel is almost crisis level. I have
never thought I was depressed even when med changes where suggested.
Oh, and I'm questioning my bipolarness and my ?
