Funny story about my kids and kittens. The first five years that we lived in this house, the curtains in our living room kept getting pulled down. I saw the cats climbing them a couple of times, so I blamed the cats and got sturdier curtains, sturdier rods and ANCHORED those suckers into the wall in multiple places (had an anchor the rod in the middle as well). Curtains just kept coming down. Finally I just gave up and left the curtains off and the windows bare. We live in the country and no one can see in anyway. Just a few weeks ago, my daughter admitted she and my son had played games that involved climbing the curtains and they were the ones who pulled them down. LOL.
