my tdoc tells me that once I've written through them a few times, and they're still coming up, to just recognize them as irrational thoughts and dismiss them.
Ex:
"he's going to leave you. he doesn't love you"
"Thats an irrational though", and then dismiss it.
It's something i have to do over and over and over and over, but eventually they stop. And it makes it easier next time.
