LC - I do not mean to be harsh, but some of it is, in my opinion, that you are still not making choices, decisions, finding what you like outside of going to be with w. Do you like the new job in and of itself? Do you enjoy more parts of the job than you dislike (no job is perfect) - if not - make different choices.
At the same time, it is not unusual to find that people go through the grind of life weekend to weekend or not in the daily living but in the expectation of some future event or thing. It seems to me that would be a hard way to live, but not, unfortunately, all that unusual.
