Thanks to everyone for your replies...it really does help to know that people care, even just a little bit about how I feel...my family prefer me to say I'm fine I think

I have to go and see my doctor for my monthly appraisal thing tomorrow so I'm going to mention the anxiety and the fact that I'm not sleeping again, even though that is the reason I'm on this particular medication in the first place instaed of Prozac

Hopefully she'll listen to me a bit more this time and I'll hear when my therapy is going to happen

Hmm, we'll see I guess...
