Hi Melanie. I am depressed, however, I have a counselor I like.Maybe you can change counselors? Yesterday I had to wait for our library to open, so I drove to a nearby park. It was a half hr. I sat, watched the leaves blowing in circles, seen some animals. It calmed me, and I meditated. I left the park hopeful.Picked up a self help book that this site recommended.Speaking for what works for me when I feel like I'm getting off track, I get busy doing something, anything. I have pets so there is always a chore to do, or I walk my dogs. I even called someone just to see how she was doing. These things helped, but I have work to do (read the book)n start changing my self the best I can(like my attitude for one) I hope today things are a good differant for you.
