Sorry for all that you've gone through. I can't claim to understand what you are going thru, but sounds tough.

Your grandma sounds like a negative person....who rather sees this situation as "juicy bits on you" rather than understand what you are going thru and help you.

Perhaps you can gather all your family and ask them what's going on.

But IMO, you should let your father talk to your therapist. That's what I would have done in your position. Maybe your father feels that you may not be able to handle it....that's why he wants to talk to your therapist. Let him. Atleast your therapist will have a full picture to work with and not just bits and pieces. Your therapist probably will pass on all info to you, at an appropriate time. S/he also will take everything with a grain of salt....so you don't have to worry about what your father will tell.

Let him talk. You can always slip in a recorder secretly
