Ironically enough, I was started with a baby dose of AP to help with sleep, and then I wound up needing it for mania. Now I'm on 2 APs because of the recent episode that bordered on psychosis, but only temporarily (thank God, because I'm eating everything that isn't nailed down or running for the hills). And I'm sleeping like a champion.
