Depression wears us down leaving us tired and sick. You don't say if you are in treatment or are taking any meds. My last change of meds after many, seems to be bringing me out of my over year long bout of depression. Spent two days thinking I was going manic and have now settled in as just tired. I'm just hoping it;s not the depression settling back in. I would give anything right not to feel normal, if I remember what that feels like.
