It's the people not the dogs that should be outlawed.
Any dog,breed or not,can be made vicious.
Bring an animal or a human, up in a loving,caring, environment and 99% of the time vicious outcomes will not occur.
To my understanding the "pits" have extreme strong jaws, making them desirable to be "forced" to become attack dogs.
I do not know where it was, but it wasn't an attack dog, but some morons went into the people's property (tresspassing) teased/provoked the dog and the owner gets sued for the injury suffered by the intruder/tresspasser.
That is definately insane, but many laws or lawyers are insane.
I feel anyone provoking, man nor beast deserves what they brought upon themselves.
No offense to anyone, just my personal feelings, not looking for any debates,etc.

The more I see the way children and animals are raised,today, is dreadful, for it's the innocent who become the victims of morons. Grrrrrrrrrr! Why do some people have kids and/or dogs when they cannot handle it? Behooves me.
