Hi everyone,
I'm not a regular poster but I come here to read a lot. I used to comment but when I am feeling low I find I can't say anything helpful, and as I have been that way a while now that is why I don't chat much. However... I have an issue and even though I don't contribute much I was wondering if others might have useful things to say. I find I am seriously hating on myself lately, and it is starting to spill over into the relationships I haven't already destroyed. Is there anything I can do to stop the bad thoughts?
