I agree too

you def. need to see a professional on this.
You mentioned at one point this goes atleast back to 2 months ago. if depression last longer than 2 weeks the docs usually start seeking out treatment plans. And a lot of the things you listed there sound a lot like bipolar. the sleep being one of them, the impulses, the mood swings, and some more- which by themselves wouldn't mean someone has Bipolar, but together, it's a really good chance that the person might be suffering from bipolar.
They also can be from other diagnosis...
are you in one of those really good moods right now? or when you typed your opening post? have you ever been told that you might have aspergers, or another dx on the autism spectrum? I ask that because you are really observant, and list the details. doesn't mean you have it, but i know i tend to do that a lot and believe it comes from the aspergers in me.
Are you on any meds right now? You mentioned ADHD, so i didn't know if you were still or was ever on meds for it. A lot of dx's seem to have a different dx as a kid. Some examples would be that a good number of people who were diagnosed with ADHD later were diagnosed with bipolar as an adult. the same goes for aspergers. i'm sure there are others, but these two are the only ones that i know of. (ADHD meds can make people manic as well, and that's why i was asking about the meds)..
