Sorry about your band director. One of my best friends just had a heart attack so I know how scary that can be when it's someone you care about. I have days I don't want to get out of bed or out of the house, but for me I have to work so it forces me out which is a good thing because I don't know if I would ever get out of bed if I didn't/
