Mine does for individual therapy. But only 8 weeks at a time and adults can usually only see a therapist for 16 weeks per year I'm trying to fight them for more atm via writing to the insurance, city, congressmen, and senators (yeah, I might be taking things a little over-board).

There are also free support groups through my county mental health office (Depression, etc.), but no DBT groups.
