Hemp Oil can be purchased here in California at natural food stores. I'm not sure about Colorado where this company is from. But, keep in mind that if they are mailing it to you, especially out if state, it probably has no MMJ qualities, as using federal mail to ship it would be illegal. CBD is a cannabinoids but while it's true, it counters the effects of THC, it is key to the Indica strain of MMJ use for pain relief and other things. Indica can sometimes cause or worsen depression.
