I was still on an ssri (luvox) when I went off effexor but I still had the moodiness. I have read though that going off effexor is hell and that people fire their pdocs for ever putting them on it in the first place because of the withdrawls. I feel for you and can only say eventually it goes away but it takes a while. I had to warn my hub before I started going off of it what was probably going to happen.
