It's time for me to say goodbye. I have found a great new therapist and also another board to hang out on, which is more recovery focused. Four years is a long time to hang out on one board.... perhaps too long. Maybe one day I will be back. And able to share new insights and tips for positive growth

I am deeply grateful to my friends here who have stuck by me and believed in me.
