Bit all over the place, Lithium is a real pain in the *** to take, horrible not being able to take any NSAID's or Ibuprofen for Muscular pain and spent the last 2 days looking up every single ingredient in 4 different post/intra workout supplements as I'm still lacking the ability to tap into my energy reserves when working out. The only real concern is the caffeine but Im hoping if its a daily dose and im having my bloods done 3 weekly should be ok right ??
