I sort of had one when I was in high school. It was a just list of things to do when I was feeling bad and then a list of ways to get help if I needed it, like my therapists number, what ER to go to, etc. It all fit on a folded up card in my wallet. I never actually needed it but it was comforting to have it with me, especially since my therapist wrote it out for me. :P I kept it even after I went away to university in a different town. I wonder what happened to it...
