Hey monochromatic- sorry to hear you're struggling! Sounds like you're rapid cycling or in a mixed state or both. Either way, I'd check with you're doc about adding an AAP (Atypical Antipsychotic) like Latuda! Then, increase you're Lamictal! At 400mg-600mg it has anti-depressant properties.
