I am really sorry you are feeling like that, I know exactly how it feels and to know that it isn't really you raging. All the frustration at nothing, flying off the handle over nothing, crying easily, feeling like you just want to get out of your skin and like nothing can go right, it is exhausting.

I have the same issues.

I suppose I was in this "mixed stage" a lot the last 15 years. DBT has helped me A LOT! It seems really patronizing at first to practice mindfulness, but if you just give it a shot it really does help. When something happens that angers me and doesn't warrant anger, I stop feel the feeling, acknowledge it, then dismiss it. After a while it started to work. You have to be VERY conscious of what you are doing and not beat yourself up when you don't catch it.

I also use Lamictal, made it a lot easier for me to use my DBT skills. i guess you could say it helps take the edge off.
