(C) “Debilitating medical condition” shall mean:
Cancer, glaucoma, positive status for human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other conditions as determined in writing by a qualifying patient's physician.

They legalized it, in my state, too. I just can't see myself, as refusing Tysabri, and not liking how it the leaves me feeling drained, as walking into my neuro's office, Hey Dr....I know I said, I choose to not take any of the MS meds, but could you please, pretty please prescribe this?

I'd rather not be a card carrying member, to be tracked...
