Depressive episode has set in. I've been completely stable for over 6 months, so this is really frustrating. Pdoc saw me yesterday and changed up some meds, but it will take some time for them to kick in. My therapist would like me to go into the hospital as I crash hard and fast, but I'm not at that point yet. I'm watching it though. I have enough experience with this now that I'm pretty good at self monitoring and taking appropriate steps. Just really frustrated.
