College sucks sometimes, and graduate school even more!! I think you have to really spend the time to take care of yourself or give yourself a treat regularly when you are in college. I am in graduate school for the behavioral health field and I find that I just have to forget all my obligations sometimes and do something fun. I am going to give you a bit of genuine affection from someone who appreciates people (like you) who are making a career out of helping people. Virtual hug! Kind of sappy but genuinely offered.
