1. Self Talk: I evaluate the situation from a panel of people I created to take on pros and cons. Sort of like a war room. I analyze the situation from my advisers gather the pros and cons and make tough choices. (not always the best)
2. Pray (not always the best because some times I hear voices answering my prayers!)
3. Remind myself this will pass and read my journal now!
Also, if I'm able to cuz why limit to only 3 right?
4. Try to jog or work out
5. Distract in some way, read, watch movies, etc.
6. Come to my forums.
The worst thing I can do is listen to music as they will usually make me delusional or self medicate which will make me darn right bat crazy.
