Hi all I just need some advice. I'm having problems with my D orthodontist on my payments for her treatment. I have talked to the finance manager and explained my situation re unemployed etc. Now she sent me a letter saying the bill is going to be sent to a debt collector. Do you think if I sent her an income statement and asked her to work out a suitable payment plan this would be ok? Or is that being childish?
