Funnily enough, when my GP referred me to my most recent PDoc she was actually worried I may be suffering from psychosis. Turned out to be a mix of Aspergers, DID, and OCD.

Don't have any advice on meds I'm afraid, I'm still resisting taking any medication for my new diagnosis as I am already on quite a bit for other health problems and I hate having to take them as it is so I don't want to add more that could cause side effects mixed with my other stuff yet.
