I could set her to work on the dining room table and chairs and it would keep her busy (til the pledge ran out). But she did a fair job of dusting and it gave me a breather. She also liked to clean baseboards. A bowl of soapy water and a rag and she would clean and clean. Try it and see.
Good idea. It'll be easier later too, he won be such a ball full of energy. Part of the problem with my little one is that he doesn't like to be alone and always needs mommy attention. It makes it hard to have him need so much from me and stretch myself to do everything else. I'm anxious because after moving back in with my mom (who I haven't lived with since 17, long story how that came about), I have become responsible for all the cleaning during the week (she helps on weekends) and all the cooking. I am anxious because when things aren't done exactly right she tends to rip into me.
