I just got mine today. Well, yesterday as it's after midnight.

I don't think you can predict how you will feel in 20 years. All you can do is make the best choice you can now. I wanted the same design for a long time before I got it, and even after I made up my mind to definitely go for it I waited a few months to see if I changed my mind, which I didn't. It's somewhere that's easy to hide, also.

For me personally it partly comes down to the meaning, not just the look. I actually got two separate tattoos on the same day but to me they are all part of the same thing. Even if I change my mind about how they look, that won't change what they meant to me at the time.

I decided ultimately I would regret NOT doing it more. And it also helps that they aren't trendy designs and I'm getting them for me, I'd still have got them even if nobody was ever going to see them. Hope that helps!
