Really! I've taken 200mg trazodone and it did the same as 50mg for me. Just made me yawn. Keep in mind we are all different. I wish it did knock me out. I usually have to take around 2mg of xanax and then it takes about 1 to 2 hrs for me to fall asleep. But hate to use my xanax for sleep cuz I need it for anxiety.
