Hello I am sorry to hear that you are having a hard time at this time. Your therapist may help you with your anger issues and your temper, I am not sure if you are aware a therapist can help with other issues as well as mental health. I hope you feel better soon, I really feel you should tell your therapist how you are feeling it could be that you need a med adjustment at this time. Winter is a big trigger for some people (Including Myself) and it could be something as simple as a med adjustment that you need, exercise can help at times as well. Take care Soidhonia
