I'm aware that a great deal of medical advice given over the Internet is baloney, but nearly all of the literature claims that hallucinations are common to bi-polar sufferers. I can't help but feel that on occasion my psychiatrist makes it up as she goes along.

I mostly get the auditory too, sometimes when I hear someone speaking, it will sound like they are talking fast and higher pitched, but the words still synch up with their mouth. Music can be weird too. I was in the car with my husband and I asked him if the song playing was some kind of remix, he assured me it was normal. To me it was not.
