Moose, I'm so sorry you're feeling this way, thats what my mixed episodes are like and they are miserable, I think more miserable than just feeling sad. More dangerous to me too, Anxiety is a potent fuel. I totally understand the appeal of the trio, I felt it week before this past one. But its the illness being ugly to you. Would you please seek help if the lure gets strong?
